Geoff Whiting launched himself on an unsuspecting public by way of a five minute open spot in March 1997. He has since appeared on 'House of Fun' (Meridian Television), 'The Pleasure Guide' (HTV) and 'Net Comedy' (Carlton). He has also co-hosted 'The Comedy Hour' with Gary Vincent's Morning Crew on GWR FM.

Geoff was a finalist in the 1998 Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award at the Edinburgh Festival (televised by Channel 5). He has since returned to the Festival in 1999, as compere for 'Comedy Club Stand Up Show' at the Holyrood Tavern.
